Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Accountant to join RX Industries’ finance team. This role will play a key part in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable. - Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions. - Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow tracking. - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. - Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits. - Generate financial reports and assist management with analysis for business planning. - Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align financial workflows. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 2-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related industries. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
