Position Montessori Teacher Location Kollam Employment Type Full-Time About Us Peace public School Kollam is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore learn and grow We are committed to the Montessori philosophy and strive to create a community that fosters independence curiosity and a love for learning Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori Method and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and enriching learning environment for young children The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging classroom environment that promotes the cognitive emotional social and physical development of each child Key Responsibilities Plan and Implement Curriculum Develop and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child Create a Prepared Environment Design a classroom environment that is clean safe and conducive to learning with materials that are organized and accessible to children Individualized Instruction Provide individualized and small group instruction to support the unique learning styles and needs of each child Observation and Assessment Regularly observe and assess children s progress documenting their development and providing feedback to parents and guardians Classroom Management Foster a calm respectful and focused classroom atmosphere that encourages independence and self-discipline Parent Communication Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing regular updates on their child s progress and addressing any concerns or questions Professional Development Stay current with Montessori best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities Collaboration Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Education Early Childhood Education or a related field Montessori certification from an accredited Montessori training program Experience Previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting preferred Skills Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment Strong organizational and time management skills Personal Attributes Passionate about early childhood education Patient compassionate and caring Creative and innovative in teaching methods Collaborative and a team player Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred Making lesson plans 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
