Tally Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Tally Trainer to provide training to our students The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime along with excellent teaching skills You will be responsible for creating lesson plans delivering lectures and providing hands-on training to ensure our students gain a thorough understanding of Tally software Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime Create engaging and effective lesson plans and training materials Conduct classroom and online training sessions ensuring a clear understanding of concepts Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to reinforce learning Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Tally software Customize training programs to meet the needs of different learner groups Assist in the development of online training modules and resources Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment Support students with any queries or challenges they encounter during the course Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field Certification in Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime is highly preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Tally software Proven experience in teaching or training preferably in a formal setting Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively Proficiency in using various training tools and methods including online platforms Patience enthusiasm and a passion for teaching Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Fresher Contractual Temporary Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Required Experience Teaching 1 year Required total work 1 year Required Language English Required Location Nellore Andhra Pradesh Required Work Location In person
