Key responsibilities - Project Management: Leads and manages the fabrication of project components, developing plans, and ensuring progress aligns with schedules. - Technical Oversight: Supervises and ensures compliance with technical standards for activities like fabrication, welding, and quality control. - Yard Operations: Manages daily construction activities across the yard, including resource and logistics optimization. - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensures adherence to safety regulations, trains employees on best practices, analyzes accidents, and develops emergency plans. - Quality Control: Ensures that fabricated products meet established quality standards and technical specifications. - Personnel Management: Manages and leads project teams, allocates work, and evaluates employee performance. - Budget and Cost Control: Manages costs to ensure production stays within budget. - Coordination: Ensures smooth coordination between different teams, such as engineering, procurement, and construction.
