Job Description We are seeking an Automation Test Professional who can design and build automated regression tests from test cases using the Cucumber Java framework. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the existing automation framework as new features are added, and for executing test cases and performing defect tracking and management. This role also involves developing utility tools for the organization, and planning and running various types of automation tests, including integration and regression tests. The ideal candidate should also be able to perform Load Test, Performance Test, and Stress Test for respective microservices. Key Responsibilities - Automated Test Development: Design and build automated regression tests from test cases using the Cucumber Java framework. - Framework Maintenance: Ensure the integrity of the existing automation framework as new features are continuously added. - Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute test cases, perform thorough defect tracking and management, and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Utility Tool Development: Develop utility tools that will help the rest of the organization in their day-to-day activities. - Test Planning & Execution: Plan and run various automation tests, including integration tests and regression tests. - Performance Testing: Able to perform Load Test, Performance Test, and Stress Test for respective microservices. - Leadership & Definition: Help define and lead automation strategies and best practices. Required Skills and Experience - Proficiency in designing and building automated regression tests using Cucumber Java framework. - Experience in maintaining and ensuring the integrity of existing automation frameworks. - Strong ability to execute test cases and perform defect tracking and management. - Experience in developing utility tools for organizational use. - Skilled in planning and running automation tests, integration tests, and regression tests. - Ability to perform Load Test, Performance Test, and Stress Test for microservices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
