Consultant-CSR [Urgent]

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company's values and business goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify CSR opportunities and trends.
- Set measurable goals and objectives for CSR initiatives.

1. Program Management:

- Design and manage CSR programs and projects.
- Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, community groups, and NGOs.
- Facilitate collaboration with external partners to enhance CSR efforts.
- Communicate CSR initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other mediums.

1. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit CSR reports to regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation of CSR activities.

1. Awareness and Training:

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees about CSR practices.
- Promote awareness of CSR initiatives within the organization.
- Encourage employee participation in CSR programs.

1. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the CSR budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of CSR initiatives.

1. Marketing and Communication:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote CSR initiatives through various channels.
- Develop content for CSR-related marketing materials, including press releases, social media posts, and website updates.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and managing CSR programs.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CSR principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CSR reporting tools.
- Certifications:
- CSR or sustainability certification is a plus.
