Title: Principal Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bangalore

Education: Any Degree

Responsibilities:

- Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
- Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis and integration with other systems
- Develop Reports using BI Publisher
- Perform data conversion using HDL
- Develop fast formulas.
- Functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
- Understanding of Redwood framework.
- Understanding of Journey configuration
- Perform Page personalizations and customizations using VBS
- Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
- Develop integrations using REST APIS.
- Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
- Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation.
- Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
- Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide training and support to business users.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
- Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
