With a dedicated team of 60+ members, we’re working hard to make this vision a reality—and now, we’re looking for a star performer to join us as a HR and Community Intern About the Role: We are looking for a HR and Community Intern who has prior experience in recruitment and marketing and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role blends human resources, community engagement, and event coordination, offering hands-on exposure to both people management and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in driving HR activities, managing student communities, and ensuring engaging experiences for both employees and students. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates. - Coordinate and execute the Campus Ambassador Program across colleges. - Conduct testimonial and feedback calls with students to gather insights and success stories. - Take ownership of event management for employee engagement activities and internal celebrations. - Work towards student activation initiatives to increase participation and engagement. - Support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and administrative tasks. - Assist in planning and executing community and HR initiatives to build strong internal and external engagement. Requirements: - Prior experience in recruitment (internship or full-time). - Strong communication, coordination, and people skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
