Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The primary objective of this role is to manage and support assessments for Government & Education Clients being delivered in the Computer Based Mode with focus on productivity and operational efficiency. The resource will be required to work on identification of Exam Centres and their tie up, manage a pool of resources for executing the CBTs on ground. The resource would also need manage all roll out of new solutions for the CBT mode by ensuring that UATs are managed on ground before they are taken into production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Interacting with Colleges/Online Examination Centres/Schools to try and use their infrastructure for the conduct of Computer Based Exams on a pay and use model.

2) Interact with Vendors deployed for Exam Centre booking to share booking requirements and negotiate commercials with them based on the specific requirements projects.

3) Identify freelancers who can act as Server Managers/Exam Controllers for the conduct of Computer Based Exams run by L&T EduTech

4) Train and certify resources to ensure that only resources capable of handing the technical and operational aspects of exams are deployed on ground.

5) Manage the MIS for the Computer based exams conducted by EduTech and ensure proper documentation is available post exams to enable invoicing to the client.

6) Develop deep expertise in L&T EduTechs CBT product and ensure that it is benchmarked with other products in the market with constant inputs based on experience on ground.

7) Coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure that the clients requirements are met.

8) Maintain quality of delivery and ensure all deliveries are achieved with a high level of integrity 9) Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends in assessments space and monitoring competitors.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

1) Graduate in any field with industry related experience in a similar role.

2) Experience of about 3+ yrs. in delivering assessments for Government & Educational clientsin CBT Mode.

3) Well connected with Colleges in Kerala/Delhi and ability to sign them up for an large scale exam.

4) Positive Attitude and Result Driven.

5) Strong Business Understanding ability - previously worked with MeritTrac, Sify, NSEIT, Eduquity, TCS or any other service providers delivering CBTs.

6) Ability to manage multiple deliveries at the same time.

7) Willingness to stretch beyond regular working hours and open to working on almost all weekends.

8) Strong problem-solving skills (unstructured and structured)

9) Strong work ethic and personal initiative
