You will be working as a part of the Hyreo Candidate Experience team responsible for interacting with the candidates and building stellar candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide candidate support & success efforts for the Hyreo platform.
- Engaging with candidates via calls, emails, and chats
- Understand candidate issues, resolve them, and help them realize the value of the platform.
- Review the candidate queries/concerns and recommend actions to solve the concerns.
- Collate user feedback, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide inputs to the product team regularly.
- Work on Product setup, configuration, and release management coordination.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with candidates.
- Preferable to have any experience in a customer support role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 15,000 per month
