Job Description Responsibilities - Assist architects in developing design concepts and presentations. - Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations. - Support in preparing detailed working drawings, construction documents, and specifications. - Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site engineers. - Participate in site visits, documentation, and progress reporting. - Conduct research on materials, sustainable design solutions, and building codes. - Collaborate with the design team to meet project timelines and deliverables. - Ensure accuracy, detailing, and quality across drawings and presentations. Qualifications - Must be studying Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution (Master's preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong design sense with the ability to translate ideas into drawings and 3D visuals. - Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Spoken proficiency in English (additional regional languages like Kannada/Hindi are a plus).
