Job description Some careers shine brighter than others If you re looking for a career that will help you stand out join HSBC and fulfil your potential Whether you want a career that could take you to the top or simply take you in an exciting new direction HSBC offers opportunities support and rewards that will take you further HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world with operations in 64 countries and territories We aim to be where the growth is enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper and ultimately helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role you will BI Visualization Reporting Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using QlikSense and Apache Superset Optimize visualizations for performance and usability Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights Data Modeling Warehousing Design and implement robust data models to support BI and analytics needs Develop and maintain data warehouses and data marts for efficient querying and reporting Ensure data integrity consistency and scalability SQL Development Write complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and analysis Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability Cloud Platform Expertise GCP Design and implement data pipelines and workflows on Google Cloud Platform GCP Leverage GCP services like BigQuery Dataflow and Cloud Storage for data processing and analytics Clickhouse Db knowledge will be an added advantage Collaboration Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers analysts and business stakeholders Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance Requirements To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements 10 years of experience in BI data modeling and data engineering Expertise in QlikSense and Apache Superset for BI visualization Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts and tools Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation Experience with Google Cloud Platform GCP including BigQuery and related services Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills You ll achieve more when you join HSBC www hsbc com careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued respected and opinions count We take pride in providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development flexible working and opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment Personal data held by the Bank relating to employment applications will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement which is available on our website Issued by - HSBC Software Development India
