Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Depot Manager to manage daily operations at our industrial gas depot. The operator will be responsible for cylinder handling, gas filling supervision, loading/unloading activities, stock management, and ensuring compliance with safety and PESO guidelines.

Key Responsibilities::

- Supervise and participate in the filling of gas cylinders (O, N, Argon, CO, etc.) as per standard operating procedures.
- Handle inward and outward movement of cylinders loading/unloading, segregation, and stacking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock (filled/empty cylinders) and daily dispatches.
- Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and leak testing of gas cylinders.
- Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE during all operations.
- Assist in maintenance and basic troubleshooting of filling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with PESO norms and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery and returns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the depot premises.

Requirements

- 0 to 1/2 years of experience in a depot, plant, or warehouse setup preferred.
- Physically fit to handle manual work and outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on rotational duty.
