We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor - vRealize to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Title: Infrastructure Service Automation Engineer vRA, vRO, Scripting, Linux Administration and / or Windows Administration About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior IT Infrastructure Services Automation Expert. In this role, you will be expected to engage with our customer and the Windows and Linux Administration teams to analyse, design, and implement automated resolutions and/or automated execution of workflows/tasks that support the acceleration of transformation of the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) engagement. Must Have Skills: Primary Skills: - Linux and or Windows Hands on System Administrator experience develop/build Virtual Machines and manage instances at scale - VRA/VRO Must be hands on developer and architect - VMware suite Must have good working knowledge of the Suite - Scripting Must have good experience of scripting (any/all): (1) JavaScript, (2) Perl, (3) Bash, (4) PowerShell scripting, (5) Python Secondary Skills: - Cloud (AWS/Azure) - Terraform/Jenkins/GIT etc. - Rundeck / Ansible - RESTful APIs/Micro Services - ServiceNow APIs (ITSM) - Site Reliability Engineering - Infrastructure as Code principles - Knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker Containers - Knowledge of Monitoring tools Nagios, SCCM Other inputs: - Expert oral, written and presentation skills. - Candidates with Computer Science Engineering degree are preferred - Experience of working with OEMs and focused on Infrastructure Management We are not looking for: - project managers, - people who do not have more recent hands-on experience, or - people who are applications developers on the Cloud Years of experience required: - 8+ years in Infrastructure Automation - 10+ years in IT Infrastructure Services If you're ready to take on an exciting leadership role and bring your expertise to a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you Apply now and be part of our success story About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
