Job Description WBO DTFC - Trade Specialist - DTFC _BILLS INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: - Reports to: WBO DTFC - Portfolio Manager WBO: DTFC- Team Lead (NPH) Is a Team leader - Team Size: - Grade: DM/MGR/SM/AVP Business: WBO Department: DTFC Sub-Department: Location: Airoli/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Noida About Department The Transaction banking operations department helps in managing the transaction in the banks.Transaction Banking(TB) can be defined as the set of instruments andservicesthat abankoffers to trading partners to financially support their reciprocal exchanges of goods (e.g.trade), monetary flows (e.g., cash), or commercial papers (e.g., exchanges) Domestic Trade Finance Center (DTFC) Handles the Outward bill/Inward bill lodgment and discounting and ILC/IBG Issuance and amendment, Margin release after bill payment, ILC Advising of issuance and amendment cases & Adding confirmation in ILC IBC and OBC bills M & Miscellaneous & SFMS Message & Regulatory Requirements (ED) & Audit Point closer ect. About Role The Domestic Trade Finance Center is responsible for compliance ofOutward bill/Inward bill lodgment and discounting and ILC/IBG Issuance and amendment, Margin release after bill payment, ILC Advising of issuance and amendment cases & Adding confirmation in ILC IBC and OBC bills M & Miscellaneous & SFMS Message & Regulatory Requirements (ED) & Audit Point closer ect..They are responsible for Processing and verification of transactions. Key Responsibilities - Ensure Cost Control for the FY and manage operational loss - Handle customer Complaints and ensure adherence to prescribed TAT for customer centric clear transactions (non rejection cases) - Ensure Error-free compliance of transactions and processing of retail forex transactions as well as SWIFT payments - Implement Automation of Processes - Ensure Reduction in number of audit irregularities & timely rectification and prompt reconciliation of GL heads. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Graduate/ MBA preferred - Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector - 03 to 10 years of Work Experience Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: - Knowledge of banking products and services - Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms - Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language - Ability to manage complex client situations - Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
