Supervise and manage nursing staff Oversee daily operations create staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels for patient needs Provide leadership Lead by example support staff development and provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses Ensure quality patient care Monitor and audit care standards resolve patient and family issues and ensure patients dignity safety and nutritional needs are met Oversee clinical duties Be visible to staff patients and relatives to address concerns and sometimes provide clinical support or guidance Handle administrative tasks Maintain records manage confidential information and participate in hospital committees Promote infection prevention Implement and enforce measures to prevent hospital-acquired infections Ensure patient safety Monitor for medication errors and adverse events and ensure protocols are followed to prevent harm Collaborate with other departments Act as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
