Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Lead and allocate audits based on expertise and available resources, monitor scope and quality of review, including sampling processes. - Conduct audits in line with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and standard audit procedures. - Perform risk grading, form audit opinions, finalize audits, conduct discussions and closure, including branch/unit visits, and release reports within timelines. - Critically review existing processes and procedures and recommend improvements to enhance controls and simplify workflows. - Track audit observations, review responses, update audit databases, and ensure closure of audit files. - Handle regulatory inspections, reporting requirements, and investigations. - Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify skill gaps or improvement areas. - Ensure clear communication within the team and with higher management. - Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment. - Provide training and support to develop team members skills and competencies. - Track team progress, report updates to management, and manage resource planning and talent development.
