Agilent inspires and supports discoveries that advance the quality of life We provide life science diagnostic and applied market laboratories worldwide with instruments services consumables applications and expertise Agilent enables customers to gain the answers and insights they seek so they can do what they do best Improve the world around us Information about Agilent is available at Primary Function Provides technical application services support to Agilent customers This includes timely and efficient problem resolution with the objective to improve our customer experience and meet Agilent contractual agreements Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities and provides highly qualified leads to sales Performs a set of required admin tasks to ensure detailed customer service for contract and trade customers Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to Responsible for providing technical application support for Agilent analytical instruments to existing new customers in markets of Biopharma Proteomics Pharma Food etc at identified locations at PAN India level Deliver customer education courses on-site as well at COE labsCost time effective application method deployment on Agilent instrumentsPromptly fix method technology transfers issues from one instrument to another Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions customers Deliver product seminars for customers prospects and employees Training of internal external team and provide technical support Respond promptly to related customer queries help in timely resolution of customer critical issues Participate in programs to stimulate demand for all Agilent range of products services and ensure timely and accurate execution of those programs Perform Installations Preventive Maintenance Repair software hardware IQ OQ on Agilent products as required Coordinate internally with all the field sales team and Managers to ensure that the key customers are delighted Must be willing to travel extensively Qualifications xc2 xb7 Masters Degree in Chemistry Analytical Chemistry Instrumentation Pharmacy Biotechnology Life Science or equivalent xc2 xb7 Relevant basic theoretical knowledge of analytical instruments like LC LCMS QTOF GC GCMS ICPOES MS UV FTIR qPCR Tape Station Bioanalyzer etc xc2 xb7 Experience 0-18 months xc2 xb7 Candidate should enjoy travelling and visiting customers xc2 xb7 Excellent numerical verbal and written communication fixing and problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal negotiation skills Note Preferably LCMS LCQTOF for Biopharma Preferably qPCR Tape Station Bioanalyzers etc for BSOAgilent Technologies Inc is an equal opportunity employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin protected veteran status disability or any other protected categories under all applicable laws Travel Required 75 of the TimeSchedule Schedule Full timeShift DayDuration No End DateJob Function Services Support
