Job Description Role-Apigee TSR (Technical Support Representative) Required Technical Skill Set-L1-L2 APIGEE, L2 Unix / Linux, L1-L2 Networking, L1-L2 Cloud Ops Desired Experience Range-3 to 7 years Location of Requirement-Chennai, Gandhinagar,Bangalore Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra) - Hands-on Experience in managing API solutions using the Google APIGEE platform - Hands-on Experience in Setting up, configuring Linux operating systems & applications and troubleshooting them - Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security - Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services - Exposure in Managing and maintaining Linux systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps - Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related - Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels - Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders - Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed - Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment - Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts) - English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must Good-to-Have - Minimum of 5+ years experience as System Administrator or Network Administrator with hands-on experience - Infrastructure Certifications related to Linux and/or Network - Cloud Certifications related to GCP ACE
