Technology at General Mills accelerates process transformation and business growth around the globe Our Global Business Solutions team uses leading edge technology innovative thinking and agile processes This role involves hands-on coding designing supporting and building cloud-native applications websites or console data jobs The purpose is to support process transformation and business growth initiatives utilizing GitHub Actions and DevOps processes for deployment In this role developer would be working along with the global teams in developing business solutions Individual should be expert in multiple technology stack hands-on design and write scalable applications Individual should be able to work independently on large projects KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrate sound problem-solving capable of quickly processing complex information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner Possesses strong analytical skills enabling the rapid processing of complex information to identify root causes and potential solutions Can effectively debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner Actively seeks opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve existing processes or develop innovative solutions Actively participate in project university Mandatory- Note This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered Technical Expertise Proficiency in C ASP NET ASP NET MVC RESTful APIs JavaScript frameworks React Angular DevOps practices database systems MSSQL or NoSQL SSIS and Unit Testing frameworks Soft Skills - Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts with stakeholders and provide strategic decisions Agile Digital Experience Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with task sprint estimation Mindset Behaviors Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a Technical Expertise This role requires a strong foundation in OOP SOLID principles and C VB NET including experience with NET features like LINQ asynchronous programming generics and RESTful APIs Familiarity with one major NET UI engines MVC ASP NET Blazor JavaScript framework React Angular Next and databases SQL Oracle Postgres is needed The candidate should be proficient in unit testing and
