A Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential clients promoting products or services and finalizing sales contracts to drive revenue for the company Key Responsibilities Client Development Identify potential clients and develop strategies to connect and establish relationships with them Sales Promotion Promote and sell the company s products or services demonstrating their benefits to potential customers Sales Presentations Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients effectively communicating product features and advantages Contract Negotiation Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to finalize sales ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client Sales Planning Assist the sales manager in developing sales plans and action plans contributing to the overall sales strategy Market Analysis Perform competitive analysis market research and product assessment to identify trends and opportunities for growth Sales Tracking Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed Required Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients Proven sales experience or a background in customer service Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly Proficiency in using sales tracking software and CRM systems A degree in business marketing or a related field may be preferred This role is crucial for driving sales and revenue growth within the organization requiring a proactive approach and a strong understanding of the market and customer needs Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Field Sales 2 years Preferred Location Hailakandi Assam Required Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
