Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are consistent with demand Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies Receiving and Dispatching Oversee the receiving of incoming shipments ensuring all items are accurately checked and stored Coordinate the dispatching of outgoing shipments ensuring timely and accurate delivery Warehouse Organization Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization Implement and enforce warehouse safety standards and cleanliness Order Processing Process customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment Coordinate with other departments to resolve any order-related issues Logistics Coordination Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities including receipts shipments and inventory movements Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics Quality Control Ensure all products are stored and handled according to quality standards Address and resolve any issues related to product quality and warehouse conditions Job Type Full-time Pay 8 558 67 - 10 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Work Location In person
