About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and driven CA/CS/ICWAI trainee who have cleared both groups of the Intermediate level and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of financial, taxation, audit, compliance, and corporate governance functions, depending on their professional track (CA, CS, or ICWAI). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment that values growth, learning, and mentorship.Key Responsibilities:CA: Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards. Support statutory, tax, and internal audit processes. Perform tax computations and assist in filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Conduct vouching, verification, and reconciliation of accounts. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with clients for data gathering and audit-related requirements. Maintain proper documentation and working papers for audit and accounting assignments.CS: Assist in drafting minutes of board meetings, general meetings, and resolutions. Handle ROC filings, maintenance of statutory registers, and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Support in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, and corporate policies. Monitor compliance calendars and assist in secretarial audits. Help in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and handling related legal documentation. Coordinate with regulatory bodies like MCA, SEBI, and RBI as required.ICWAI: Assist in preparation and analysis of cost sheets, pricing models, and variance reports. Conduct cost audits and help with internal control evaluation. Analyze product-wise profitability, cost centers, and budgeting reports. Help in maintaining cost records as per statutory requirements. Contribute to process optimization and financial efficiency initiatives.General Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Coordinate with team members and seniors to meet client deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity. Stay updated with relevant amendments and changes in accounting, taxation, and corporate laws. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing programs.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, or corporate laws depending on specialization. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar tools). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Attention to detail and strong analytical ability. Proactive approach and willingness to learn.Eligibility Criteria: CA / CS / ICWAI – Inter Qualified (Both Groups Cleared) 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience in a firm, corporate, or consulting environment.
