As a Software Engineering Lead Analyst Stability & Resilience Engineering, you will play a key role in providing the Engineering Solutions using Python and LLM driven models, mentoring team members contributing to R&D in SRE ensuring high level of accountability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python-based development, exposure to machine learning and OpenAI models, and a proven ability to take full accountability in both individual and team settings.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications with a focus on frameworks and libraries used in Machine Learning and AI.
- Lead by example as a hands-on contributor while also mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development and operationalization of AI/ML models, with an emphasis on scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Drive R&D initiatives and actively contribute to the establishment and evolution of internal Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and platform teams to explore new technologies and solutions aligned with the latest trends in AI and ML.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules, ensuring quality delivery, accountability, and adherence to best practices.
- Present ideas, concepts, and complex technical solutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Skills & Preferred Qualifications

- 7 to 10 years of strong software engineering experience with a primary focus on Python programming.
- Deep expertise in Python frameworks and libraries relevant to Machine Learning, AI, and OpenAI integrations (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills must be able to mentor, present, and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience working as both an individual contributor and a technical leader or mentor.
- Exposure to ML algorithms, model deployment, and understanding of how to operationalize AI in production environments.
- Prior involvement in R&D initiatives and setting up or contributing to Centres of Excellence (CoEs) is highly desirable.
- Must have a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Required Experience & Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Machine Learning, AI, or Python development are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying AI models at scale.
- Prior experience in healthcare IT is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment and participate in scrum ceremonies.
