LOCATION: Thane, Maharashtra
BUDGET: 6 LPA ( negotiable )
We are seeking a diligent BPO executive to spearhead market research initiatives, craft
insightful market reports, and actively pursue promising leads to bolster our company's growth
trajectory. Your primary responsibilities will entail fostering strong client relationships,
comprehending their needs, devising tailored solutions, and overseeing seamless execution. Your
focus will be on delivering exceptional services promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction
while driving sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, transforming them into
viable sales opportunities for our software products and platforms. Collaborate with
the sales and marketing teams to continuously refine lead generation strategies and
improve sales pitches.
Gain a deep understanding of client requirements, effectively demonstrate how our
software solutions meet their needs, and present product features and benefits in a
compelling manner.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, offering exceptional
customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in identifying new markets and potential customers by conducting
comprehensive market research to uncover sales opportunities, assess client needs,
and provide insights to shape business strategies.
Provide accurate and clear information about product features, pricing, and technical
specifications.
Regularly update and maintain customer information in the CRM system to ensure
precise sales reporting and tracking.
Stay informed about the latest product updates and industry trends, ensuring the
effective communication of new software platforms' advantages to prospects and
clients.
Deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels, such as
phone, email, and chat, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering
long-term retention.
Lead targeted outreach and prospecting efforts to expand the company’s client base,
driving lead generation success.
Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing client inquiries and
concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
Execute sales promotions to attract potential customers and drive revenue, leveraging
persuasive techniques to close deals.
Run telesales campaigns designed to engage prospects, converting them into
meaningful sales opportunities and maximizing revenue potential.
Use strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and meet sales targets,
ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and clients.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the sales process,
keeping them informed and addressing concerns quickly.
Efficiently handle and resolve any disputes that arise, ensuring smooth client relations
and minimizing conflicts.
Keep detailed and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions for
analysis and future reference.
Share new customer requirements and feedback with the Tech and Sales teams to
improve product offerings and strategies.
Key Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, enabling smooth
interactions with a wide range of clients. Proficiency in any additional languages is a plus.
Proven experience in lead generation and telesales, with a demonstrated ability to identify
opportunities and drive sales conversions.
Proficient in using cold calling and cold emailing techniques to initiate contact, nurture leads,
and maximize sales potential.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and maintaining positive
client relationships.
Target-driven with a history of meeting and surpassing goals in a fast-paced BPO
environment.
Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic BPO setting while managing multiple tasks and
priorities effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in
all aspects of the role.
Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team, contributing to overall
business goals and objectives.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial, aiding in streamlined processes
and improved productivity.
