We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building web applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions while collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative projects.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our applications work on various devices and screen sizes.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in developing web applications with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like Redux, Webpack, and Babel is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
