Summary
Sanganan is seeking a detail-oriented and street-smart Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our sales team. This role focuses on quotation preparation, sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be familiar with recurring revenue (MRR) models and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are key.

Key Responsibilities
Quotation Preparation: Draft, review, and issue accurate quotations and proposals for customers.
Contract & Renewal Support: Maintain records of contracts, MRR subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
Documentation: Ensure all customer and sales documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to sales consultants, including follow-ups on approvals and order processing.
Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly to customer requests for information, quotations, and order status updates.
Coordination: Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless handover from quotation to invoicing.
Reporting: Update and maintain quotation logs, sales trackers, and other admin records as required.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to simplify and improve sales administration workflows.

Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent.
Experience in sales administration or customer support, preferably in IT or subscription-based businesses.
Familiarity with MRR/ARR business models is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Good communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers.
Street-smart, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
