Job Description

Outbound Calling (US Market):

- Make outbound calls to prospective US-based customers to promote products or services and generate qualified leads.

Lead Generation:

- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, and follow-ups. Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects.

Sales Conversion:

- Pitch offerings effectively, handle objections, and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.

CRM Management:

- Accurately document all call details, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

Target Achievement:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.

Shift Timings:

- Work during US business hours (night shift) to align with customer availability.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members and team leaders to ensure smooth process flow and continuous performance improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in US sales / outbound calling
- Communication: Excellent spoken English and confident phone presence
- Shift: Night shift (US timings)
