Job Description Location:Remote Employment type:Fulltime We're hiring a bilingual (English & Hindi) YouTube creator who lives and breathes the stock market and can ship highquality video contentdailyfor Draconic's channels,using Draconic onscreen in every video. If you can go live with confidence, craft shortform hooks, and turn around edits fastyou'll love this role. What you'll do - Host daily videoson stock market trading, strategies, and market newsand consistentlyuse Draconiconscreen (charts, screen shares, examples, and quick howtos) inevery video. - Go liveduring market sessions and for breaking news; handle Q&A confidently in English & Hindi. - ProduceYouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels(1560s) with strong hooks, captions, and onscreen callouts. - IntegrateDraconicnaturally into all formats (live, longform, Shorts/Reels), including overlays, lowerthirds, and links in descriptions/pinned comments. - Draft quick scripts/outlines andship sameday; collaborate with our research team for rapid factchecks. - Edit your own videoswhen needed (cuts, captions, broll, overlays) to keep a daily cadence. - Optimize titles, thumbnails, keywords, and end screens forYouTube SEO & CTR. - Track performance in YouTube Studio; iterate on formats, hooks, and publishing times. - Follow compliance guidelines and include requireddisclaimers(educational content; not investment advice). What you'll bring - At least 1 yearoncamera experience as a creator/host, ideally in trading/finance or business tech. - Fluent English & Hindi; clear diction and audiencefirst communication. - Strong understanding ofstock market trading(intraday, swing, options basics, risk management, common indicators). - Comfortable adopting new tools; willing to learn andshowcase Draconicquickly within onscreen workflows. - Ability toedit quicklyin Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci/CapCut; basic audio cleanup and color. - Comfortable withlive streaming, chat moderation, and multicam/screenshare setups. - A portfolio of published videos/streams that showstorytelling, speed, and credibility. Nice to have - Thumbnail chops (Canva/Figma); basic motion graphics. - Experience withshortform growth(hooks, retention, pacing, A/B testing). - Familiarity withdata/fintechor backtesting tools
