About the role Orica is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our IT team and help deliver high-impact projects that enable smarter, safer, and more connected operations across the globe. As the IT Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of Orica's digital transformationleading the delivery of complex IT projects that support our business strategy. You'll work across global teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered with precision, purpose, and measurable value. What you will be doing - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects - Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Orica's IT PMO standards - Drive project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and business outcomes - Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships - Ensure consistent adoption of project methodologies across initiatives - Report on project health, risks, and benefits to key stakeholders What you will bring - Tertiary qualification in a relevant field - 5+ years experience in Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - PMP Certification preferred - SAP/ERP Project delivery experience highly desirable - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment - A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value What we offer As part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
