Presentation Specialist

Job Description This role supports TD SYNNEX's growing needs in presentation design, visual storytelling, and multimedia production. The position focuses on creating highquality presentations, graphics, and videos for internal and corporate use, helping teams communicate clearly and visually across the company. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining presentations, creating visual assets for events and company town halls, and supporting video and audio projects such as recording and editing podcasts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required: - Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use by TD SYNNEX executive teams under the direction of the corporate communications leadership team (70%) - Produce multimedia assets that support TD SYNNEX's corporate communications and brand initiatives, including podcasts, videos, and graphics. (25%) - Other admin-, design- and presentation-oriented work (5%) Other Duties & Responsibilities: - Additional duties as assigned - Meets attendance and punctuality standards Qualifications: Experience: - 3-5 Years of relevant work experience. Working Conditions: - Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires. - On-call availability required as necessary. - Professional, office environment. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Strong design skills, especially for PowerPoint presentations. - Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. - Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills. - Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. - Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. - Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information visually. - Able to create formal presentations. - Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills. - Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to create new ideas, and be assertive. - Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. - Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Able to quickly learn new systems and technology. - Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
