We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Specialist to join our critical care team The ideal candidate must have an MBBS along with an MD or DNB in General Medicine Internal Medicine or Anesthesia with hands-on experience in ICU settings The role involves managing critically ill patients ensuring protocol-based care and working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality outcomes Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock care and monitoring of ICU patients Diagnose and manage critical illnesses and life-threatening conditions Perform ICU procedures such as intubation central line insertion ventilation management etc Collaborate with intensivists surgeons anesthetists and nursing teams for patient management Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ICU protocols and infection control practices Participate in clinical audits morbidity mortality reviews and continuous medical education CME Skills Competencies Strong clinical decision-making and emergency care skills Ability to work in high-pressure environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with ICU equipment and monitoring systems Knowledge of infection control ICU scoring systems APACHE SOFA and ventilator management Job Type Full-time Pay 2 500 000 00 - 3 000 000 00 per year Work Location In person
