Role summary We are expanding our core team to include a Senior Software Engineer (Team-Oriented Technical Leader) who can take an active role in shaping a greenfield, multi-tenant product platform — a modern evolution of our existing Clover solution serving clients across PLM, MES, and ERP domains. This role calls for a seasoned engineer with strong technical depth, who also brings a collaborative mindset and enjoys mentoring, enabling others, and improving how teams deliver high-quality software. You will be joining a capable team of engineers and working alongside other senior contributors in a shared-leadership environment. This is a collaborative technical role— ideal for those who enjoy building with others, guiding peers, and helping strengthen the team as a whole. Rather than traditional people management, this role emphasizes technical mentorship and team enablement, working closely with other experienced engineers and leads to elevate outcomes through shared ownership and knowledge.
