Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Dehradun. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers with enthusiasm, listen to their needs, and provide tailored recommendations for Apple products.

Product Expertise: Become an expert on the full range of Apple products and services, from iPhones to Macs and accessories.

Sales & Upselling: Drive sales through active engagement and recommend complementary products and services (AppleCare, accessories, subscriptions).

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support, including post-purchase assistance, troubleshooting, and handling exchanges.

Store Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists and store leadership to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous training to stay up to date with the latest Apple technologies, products, and services

Qualifications

Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical details in simple terms.

Customer-Centric Attitude: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and a desire to learn more about Apple's ecosystem.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
