Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Wellness Expert to join our Hyderabad branch. The ideal candidate should have 13 years of experience in the wellness/healthcare industry with strong sales experience. The role involves offering wellness consultations, supporting clients with diet/well-being guidance, and driving in-house sales conversions. Telugu fluency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Provide wellness, nutrition, and product guidance to clients based on their health goals. - Conduct consultations, assess client needs, and recommend suitable wellness programs. - Achieve monthly in-house sales and conversion targets. - Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure progress and satisfaction. - Support clinic operations and coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery. - Maintain client records and ensure all protocols and service standards are followed. Key Requirements: - Experience: 1 3 Years in wellness, healthcare, slimming, or customer service roles. - Sales experience is mandatory. - Language: Telugu must - Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and convert leads into sales. - Target-driven, confident, and customer-oriented. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience in wellness centers, slimming clinics, fitness studios, or health product sales. - Passionate about health, nutrition, fitness, and client transformation.
