Basic Information

Position reports to - Associate Director/ Director, Marketing

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative marketer to join our core marketing team to contribute and demonstrate growth leadership to our global marketing and demand generation programs. You will be responsible for running data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and deliver ROI on a set budget.

You will drive key elements of our marketing mix across branding, solution marketing, product marketing, demand generation activities, campaigns, social media marketing, and much more while working with a diverse set of cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and CXO-level internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of global B2B marketing. You should be adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring marketing initiatives are innovative, scalable, and aligned with Acuity's growth objectives. By driving performance marketing excellence, you will strengthen Acuity's market position, enhance customer/prospect engagement, and support business expansion in key global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Global solutions marketing

· Conceptualise, design, and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation for Acuity's solutions and digital applications

· Collaborate with business teams to proactively source high-quality content and thought leadership.

· Ensure a strong focus on content creation, content management, and content marketing, including white papers, blogs, articles, and videos

· Create content pillars and SEO to ensure top-page ranking for service lines

· Support marketing managers in planning and implementing effective go-to-market and demand-generation programs

Marketing automation, analytics, and reporting

· Marketing automation – work alongside marketing managers and the demand generation team to utilize marketing automation to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and content marketing

· Hands-on experience in HubSpot, Marketo, or other leading automation platforms will be an advantage

· Analytics and driving ROI – you are expected to monitor marketing web and campaign data, measure ROI, and suggest areas in which to optimize it

Social media marketing

· Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand equity, visibility, and awareness on social media

· Focus on new-age content formats (reels, shorts) and media formats (podcasts) to drive engagement

· Contribute to optimizing social media platforms to generate leads, create conversations, and create touchpoints in the addressable market

Events and conferences

· Work alongside marketing managers to run remote events and webinars, working closely with business units and the Sales team

· Coordinate with sales to identify event-driven opportunities that add to event ROI

AI and new ideas

· Effectively use Gen AI and AI to improve marketing deliverables and efficiency

· Avoid common AI pitfalls in marketing – Any AI training is an added advantage

· Demonstrate leadership in generating new ideas that instill greater process efficiency and effectiveness in marketing

· Learn and deploy marketing best practices across events, online media, social media, branding, and PR to bring about efficiency and improvement in marketing processes.
