To that end, we want someone who will proactively develop best practices, contribute toward code reviews and quality improvementAn advocate of good coding standards, you drive teams to follow clean code principles, lead code reviews, and use tools like SONAR to improve code qualityKey RequirementsYou live and breathe React JS and have a solid understanding of React JS and its core principles; as well as popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Working knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS); and experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM as well as data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools and knowledge of Micro frontends (mFE) is a plusYou understand the importance of Testing and have experience using ideally Cucumber, Cypress, Selenium or PACTYou should grasp business requirements easily and turn them into technical requirements and solutionsYou'll be surrounded by developers passionate about their craft so you should be one too.
