Overview: As Lead Health Coach you will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering high-touch, outcome‐driven coaching across our client journeys, while also owning the operational excellence, team culture, quality and scale of the coaching team. You will partner with clinical, nutrition, data science and product teams to translate diagnostics + AI into effective behaviour-change programs, and you’ll ensure the coach-client experience is world-class and aligned with our “whole-body optimisation” promise. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Coaching & Client Outcomes - Serve as a senior coach for high-value clients: conduct deep intake assessments, interpret diagnostic reports (biomarkers, wearable, functional tests), frame actionable blueprints, and guide behaviour change. - Translate complex health data + AI insights into clear, feasible, personalised coaching plans (movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset) that align with the Resolute model. - Monitor client progress, refine protocols, leverage AI‐powered nudges/tracking systems, ensure sustained adherence and measurable results (health span, resilience, performance). - Conduct regular client check-ins, hold accountability conversations, maintain high client satisfaction and retention. 2. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence - Lead, mentor and develop a team of health coaches: train, set performance standards, create coaching frameworks, share best practices. - Define, document and optimise the coaching workflow: intake > blueprinting > implementation > tracking > review > upgrade. - Collaborate with data science and product teams to feed coach-driven insights back into the AI engine, refine nudging workflows and improve coach interface. - Help ensure coaching protocols align with clinical and nutrition experts, maintain quality control, risk mitigation and client safety. - Drive metrics: coach utilisation, client‐coach ratio, client outcomes, NPS, retention, operational efficiency. 3. Strategic Growth & Innovation - Act as a thought-leader: evolve our coaching methodology, identify emerging trends (longevity, gut health, performance optimisation) and incorporate into our programs (e.g., optiME, superGUT, burnN) - Play a role in new product / journey launches: provide coaching-lens insights into design, pilot new offerings, validate scalability. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8 + years’ experience in health coaching, behavioural change programs, or allied health roles; with at least 2 years in a senior/coaching-lead capacity. - Exceptional coaching capability: proven track record of translating data/diagnostics into behaviour change and measurable health outcomes. - Leadership skills: team building, mentoring, managing workflows, working cross-functionally with clinical, data, product teams. - Comfort working with complex health data, biomarkers, wearables, diagnostics and integrating these into actionable plans. - Strong business/process orientation: setting KPIs, optimizing operations, driving efficiency, managing service delivery at scale. - Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical/medical concepts into clear, client-friendly language; strong presence. - Growth mindset: willing to operate in a fast-moving start-up environment, prototype new solutions, iterate and improve. - Credentialed in one or more of the following (or equivalent): BSc/MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics, health coaching certification, clinical background. - Familiarity with health tech platforms, tracking tools, AI‐enabled nudging systems is a plus.
