Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design processes for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (preferably in product-based companies).
- Proven experience leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, problem-solving, and innovative interfaces.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React basics) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
