🧩 Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures aligned with company and ISO standards. - Inspect raw materials, components, and finished furniture to ensure compliance with quality requirements. - Conduct in-process quality checks for machining, fabrication, upholstery, assembly, and final finish. - Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any non-conformances. - Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, and deviation records. - Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues promptly. - Evaluate and audit vendors and incoming materials to maintain consistent quality levels. - Monitor and verify furniture finishing, fitting, ergonomics, and durability standards. - Conduct periodic training sessions for production staff on quality systems and best practices. - Support internal and external quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 🧠 Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques in furniture or manufacturing industries. - Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and gauges. - Familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and process audits. - Excellent understanding of wood, metal, and upholstery material quality parameters. - Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and MS Office tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 🎓 Qualifications: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. - QA/QC or ISO certification preferred. 🕒 Work Schedule: - 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday) - Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 🌟 Why Join HOF: - Work with one of India’s most trusted furniture brands known for innovation, design excellence, and craftsmanship. - Exposure to modern manufacturing systems and high-end quality standards. - Opportunity to grow within a professional, process-oriented environment.
