SOP, WI, flow charts, Formats and ensure compliance of the same. - Plan and execution of On job training, preparing skill matrix and identify training needs and development of team members - Ensure and involve audits on compliance to ISO / TS quality requirements at assembly dept. - Plan, assign, and monitor operating Performance Goals. Performance appraisals for the team members - Ensure timely updating of Aspect - Impact Study and execution of EMP's. - Ensure compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in assembly dept. - Lead and take GLSS projects in the areas supervised and other areas as and when required. - Support development and timely execution of samples within specified time and budget. - Ensure resource allocation across the shifts for production and maintenance activities. - Ensure smooth running of Manual assembly and address all issues related to Sub contractor. - Any other project/ work assigned by management - Good analytical, communication and Leadership skills
