Job Description Department: Development Reporting Manager: Head of the Department Location: Onsite Noida, India Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Experience: 14 years Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience (Certifications in QA Automation, Testing, or related tools preferred) About the Role We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (Playwright) who will be responsible for ensuring that all our digital products- Mobile applications, websites (NEXT.js, React), and backend systems, meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, logical, and organized, with a strong technical understanding of both automation and manual testing processes. You will work closely with developers to write, maintain, and optimize test cases, ensuring every deployment is smooth, bug-free, and reliable. Key Responsibilities - Ensure end-to-end product quality across Android applications, NEXT.js and React websites, and backend systems. - Write, execute, and maintain test cases for all applications and ensure they are updated as systems evolve. - Ensure proper documentation and organization of all test cases and testing processes. - Collaborate with developers to identify and fix bugs quickly, ensuring high-quality releases. - Use Playwright, Selenium, and Postman for automation and API testing. - Analyze bugs, log issues, and track them through resolution using project management tools. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation frameworks, and standards. - Execute detailed manual testing across web, app, and backend systems to identify usability issues, functional gaps, and ensure end-to-end product stability before automation deployment. Skills & Competencies - Proficiency in Python/Node.js for writing test scripts. - Strong understanding of programming languages: Node, Java, Dart, JavaScript. - Database familiarity: Firebase, PostgreSQL, MySQL. - Experience with Postman, Playwright, and Selenium. - Excellent test case organization and documentation abilities. - Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving orientation. - Ability to communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders. Success Metrics / KPIs - Bug-Free Deployments: Measured reduction in critical post-deployment issues. - Number of Deployments: Increased volume of stable and verified releases. - Speed of Testing: Reduced turnaround time between builds and QA sign-off. - Test Coverage: Comprehensive test case coverage across all modules and products.
