Specifically, the Trainee- System Admin will : - Monitoring of the customer’s Azure infrastructure. - Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests). - Attending customer calls. - Support the team in day-to-day operations. - Should be comfortable working rotational shifts. Qualification: - B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT - Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester - No current backlogs - A degree in Cloud Computing will be preferred but not required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of Operating systems. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies.
