We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated B.Sc Nursing professional to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients, supporting their physical and emotional needs while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist in daily living activities for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, protocols, and best practices.
