Site Supervisor

Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget This role involves coordinating with subcontractors managing on-site personnel maintaining quality control and enforcing health and safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site Ensure project plans specifications and schedules are followed accurately Monitor daily site operations and keep detailed records of progress and issues Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks Coordinate the delivery and use of materials tools and equipment Resolve any site-related issues or delays in a timely manner Liaise with clients engineers and project managers regarding project goals and progress Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards Report daily progress to the project manager and participate in site meetings Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure Proficiency in using project management tools and basic computer skills Health and safety training Relevant trade certification or diploma in construction management or civil engineering is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Capability to walk climb and stand for extended periods Working Hours Monday to Saturday 9 00 AM - 7 00 PM Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
