We're looking for a creative storyteller who can translate complex sustainability narratives into compelling visual content that resonates, educates, and drives engagement. Role Overview As our Creative Content Designer, you'll be the visual voice of Bharat Carbon across all digital platforms. You'll craft scroll-stopping videos, eye-catching graphics, and trend-forward content using cutting-edge AI tools and your creative instincts. This role demands someone who lives and breathes social media trends, understands what goes viral, and can execute with professional polish. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Production Edit videos for all major platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube long-form) Create engaging product demos, explainer videos, testimonials, and campaign videos Produce trend-aligned short-form content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds Handle end-to-end video production: cutting, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles Graphic Design & Creative Development Design social media posts, carousels, infographics, banners, and thumbnails Create marketing collateral including: Email headers and newsletter graphics Presentation decks and pitch materials Website banners and landing page visuals Event/webinar promotional assets Case study and whitepaper design layouts Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries AI-Powered Content Generation Leverage AI platforms like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALLE, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Veo 2, Kling AI, and Leonardo.ai to generate innovative visuals and video content Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and integrate them into the creative workflow Experiment with AI-assisted editing, style transfer, and generative design Trend & Platform Expertise Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes Adapt content style to match current aesthetic trends (transitions, effects, music, pacing) Understand platform-specific best practices (aspect ratios, caption styles, hashtag strategies) Bring a refined sense of visual style, art direction, and cultural relevance What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills 23 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design Expert-level proficiency in: Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro Motion graphics: After Effects (preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles and graphic design work Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.) Deep understanding of social media trends, viral content mechanics, and platform algorithms Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on tight deadlines Bonus Points Experience in B2B, SaaS, or climate-tech/sustainability marketing Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline) Familiarity with analytics tools to understand content performance Copywriting skills for captions and video scripts Animation or illustration skills Who You Are A creative visionary with impeccable taste and an eye for detail Someone who obsesses over composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling A trend hunter who knows what's hot on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube before it peaks Tech-savvy and excited about AI's role in creative work Collaborative, communicative, and eager to contribute ideas beyond the brief Passionate about sustainability and making complex ideas accessible through design What You'll Gain Creative freedom to experiment and push boundaries Work on high-impact projects for a growing climate-tech brand Collaborate directly with founders and marketing leadership Access to premium design tools and AI platforms Exposure to enterprise-level marketing and brand storytelling Opportunity to build a standout portfolio in the sustainability space Application Details To Apply: Send your resume and portfolio (mandatory) to: [Confidential Information] Portfolio should include: 35 video samples (Reels/Shorts preferred, include links) 57 graphic design pieces (social posts, infographics, etc.) Examples of AI-generated content you've created Subject Line: Creative Content Designer [Your Name] Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite/Flexible (Pune-based preferred) Availability: Full-Time, Immediate joining preferred Bharat Carbon is an equal opportunity employer.
