Sales Operation Executive

Job Description What is the role We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive with strong analytical capabilities and excellent cross-functional coordination skills. In this role, you will proactively analyze team requirements, resolve internal inquiries, and ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that align with business needs, while also supporting various related duties and ad-hoc projects within the broader Sales Operations function. - Proactively research and resolve internal team inquiries, acting as a first point of contact for sales support. - Serve as a key liaison between Inside Sales, Finance and other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional communication. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet business requirements. - Perform other related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the broader Sales Operations function. Qualifications & Required Skills - 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations - Analytical and detail-oriented - Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. - Proven ability to manage and execute tasks for cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights for non technical stakeholders.
