The Candidate must have experience in basic detailed engineering of Process Plants such as Refineries Fertilizers Petrochemicals Chemicals Oil Gas Projects Specialty Chemicals Off-Sites and Utility facilities Candidate must have Process design engineering experience of at least 2 - 3 Project Life Cycles as EPC EPCM in green field and or brown field Revamp Modification type of projects Candidate to have EPC project Exposure right from FEED Basic Design Engineering Package Candidate to have experience of Pre-bid engineering and detail Engineering involving multi- discipline Candidate to possess strong process domain technical skills Knowledge of good engineering practices followed in Process engineering Candidate is expected to interact with various vendors engineering agencies during project execution Candidate to contribute for improving Cost Competitiveness both in Pre-bid and detailed engineering meet document delivery timelines and ensure early completion of critical payment linked milestones Candidate to provide cost effective value addition suggestions while problem solving in the project to support vendors site execution customers Undertake the Process Engineering activities in both pre-bid and post award and ensure timely completion of deliverables with required quality standards Candidate to have good understanding of EPC Process Engineering Procurement construction and Execution at Site Execute technical work for FEED Detailed design activities within designated Cost Time Resource CTR scopes Ability to develop concept and feasibility studies for new and modification of existing facilities Candidate shall be well conversant with Basic and Detailed engineering activities includes preparation of PFDs P IDs Process Datasheets System Hydraulics Network sizing simulation heat material energy balance etc Proficient with latest Process Engineering Software such as PRO II Aspen Tech Hysis Flare Net Hydraulics etc Knowledge of Local Statutory compliance related to process plants Strong understanding of plant safety and able to implement safety in plant design Good knowledge of industry codes and standards namely ASTM ASME ANSI API NFPA OISD EIL Strong Understanding of Inputs and interface with various disciplines Project management Planning Civil Electrical Instrumentation Mechanical Piping as required for all pre-bid and post orders covering all types of Projects Process Engineering Calculation such as equipment sizing safety valves sizing instrument sizing etc Safety studies such as HAZOP HAZID SIMOPS SIL National International codes and standards such as API OISD SMPV IBR etc Performed hydraulic calculations calculations for process equipment such as separators desalters sour water strippers knock-out drums air receivers storage tanks etc Involved in sizing the heat exchangers HTRI control valves and relief devices by evaluating different scenarios Continuous learning capture for ongoing enquiries ongoing projects and build inhouse Pre-bid and detail engineering capability Capturing the Project learning in the knowledge bank in the KM Portal Conduct Knowledge Sharing sessions to impart learning and share the lessons learned
