The Job

• As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be part of the team that tests and

automates Business Process Management (BPM) applications.

• You will design test cases and test scalable, extensible, reliable, and maintainable

applications.

• Work with cross-functional teams to test and automate innovative solutions that meet

the needs of our customers.

• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and

solutions as applicable.

• Be agile and embrace change.

• You will collaborate across the organization with architects, UX experts, product

managers and other software developers.

• You will use your expertise in testing and building high quality cloud solutions.

• You are expected to be hands-on and up to date with the latest technology stack.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• UG - B.Tech/B.E. OR PG – M.S. / M.Tech/M.C.A. from REC or above.

• At least 4 years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium.

• Strong expertise in CI/CD.

• Proficient in Jenkins and other DevOps tools.

• Good knowledge of Java.

• Understanding of Quality Assurance processes for software application testing.

• Should be flexible for manual testing when necessary.

• Experience in Web Automation testing, developing, and executing test cases.

• Good knowledge of software testing life cycle:

• Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting.

• Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.

• Excellent in defect finding, debugging, root cause analysis capabilities.

• Exposure to Agile Scrum, JIRA or Confluence, bitbucket.

• Must have efficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently & in a team with a high level of quality
