Executive Assistant with AI Skills
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 6-8LPA
Job Description:
Strong research and analytical abilities excellent communication and presentation skills
Well versed in digital tools for communication and scheduling
Interest in finance, governance and policy making
Ability to multi task and work efficientlyin a dynamic, high level environment
Conduct research on technology transformation in finance and regulatory functions.
Analyze industrial policy and government initiatives
Draft reports, briefs, and communication materials
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executives.
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistical planning.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials with high attention to detail.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) for drafting communications, summarizing documents, and generating insights.
Automate repetitive tasks (meeting notes, follow-ups, reminders, data entry) using AI-driven platforms.
Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI solutions to improve productivity.
Generate reports, analytics, and insights using AI to support decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Improve and document workflows for efficiency.
Support project management through AI-assisted tools (e.g., task prioritization, progress tracking).
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Chief of Staff.
Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools).
Familiarity with AI platforms and prompt engineering for task automation and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience training or implementing AI tools within a business context.
